Who and What is Charter Equities?

Charter Equities began as a company within a company while the founder Rick Ryerson was with Michael R. Mastro (Mastro Properties, G&M Investments) in 1985, to differentiate mutually owned projects.

Along with bringing Land-Use Permit expertise, Ryerson had a diverse backgound in project management, and used these skills to invent a set of financial controls for property and project management.  As technology changed, the methodology morphed with it and is now in a set of controls via Cloud Application Software.  Now Automation and controls are been developed to provide a means to supervise an entire operation from a central dashboard, being able to monitor, control and act in a proactive way.  Further an integrated accounting system is laced throughout the Business Process Infrastucture for automated financial reporting and management.

In due diligence being able to "Make the Cut", its is profitable or not, does it meet standards?  "What do you get when you get it" are all part of a comprehensive approach to any acquisition, real estate, business start ups, or relationship management.  If you have watched the popular television show "Shark Tank", you see a group of savvy business people evaluate business potential and ask a series of hard questions to "do we buy, or not".  Defining the asset along with the risk is all important.  The starting point is the Due-Diligence Process, where the acquisition is taken through a series of litmus test to evaluate the viability and cost, complexity, risk and potential ROI are weighted.
